The academy operates under Tax Identification Number 468-688-672.Role Description The Expert Telesales Education & Certifications role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, focused on selling the academy’s training programs and certifications to prospective learners and corporate clients. Daily responsibilities include contacting leads via phone, messaging, and email to understand their needs, present suitable programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The role involves providing accurate information about course content, schedules, pricing, and certifications while maintaining a high standard of customer service and follow-up. The Expert Telesales professional will nurture relationships with new and existing clients, handle inquiries and objections, and work closely with the training and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Ongoing tasks also include updating CRM records, reporting on sales activities, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.Qualifications Strong Sales skills with proven experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally in education, training, or services.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional written communication.Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.Experience in Training or education-related environments, with the ability to understand and explain course structures and certifications.Comfort using CRM and sales tools, along with basic proficiency in office and communication software.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple leads.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.Fluency in Arabic required and good command of English preferred, with a professional phone presence.
