Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups, generating sales leads, achieving sales targets, explaining course offerings, and building positive customer relationships. The role also involves identifying customer needs and providing tailored recommendations to meet those needs. QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with customers and team membersExpertise in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution of inquiries or issuesProven skills in Sales, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targetsAbility to deliver and participate in Training sessions to stay updated on offerings and sales strategiesBasic computer skills and familiarity with sales software tools are preferablePrevious experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plusProficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus
