Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative - Arabic Account, based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to present, sell, and explain educational services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Representative will also participate in sales training and contribute to team performance goals. QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and convincing potential customers effectively.Customer Service and Customer Support experience to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals.Ability to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Fluency in Arabic and English is required for effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the education industry or familiarity with language programs is a plus.
