Role Description We are seeking a full-time Educational Advisor for an on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. As an Educational Advisor, you will guide prospective students by providing advice on educational programs and enrollment processes. Core responsibilities include consulting with students to understand their learning objectives, offering tailored educational recommendations, supporting them through the onboarding process, and maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will also collaborate with teams to enhance our service delivery and maintain high levels of customer service. Qualifications Strong skills in Educational Consulting and general Consulting, with the ability to provide personalized guidance to learners.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.Experience in Education, particularly in language programs or similar educational contexts.Competency in Customer Service to deliver a high-quality student experience and foster long-term relationships.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in the use of technology and online platforms is a plus.Education-related certifications or degrees are highly desirable.Sales experience is a must
