Course consultant ( Telesales representative )What You’ll Do:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.- Convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting the value of our offerings.- Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets.- Deliver excellent customer experience and build positive customer relationships.Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.schedule :sunday to thursday from 12 to 9pmsaturday from 12 to 4pmlocation : Maadi
