Join us and be part of a team shaping the future of online education.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2C Telesales Team Lead to lead our on-site telesales team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales-related and management experience, with a minimum of one year working, studying, or serving clients in GCC countries (particularly Saudi Arabia). This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to manage a team of 5-8 telesales representatives to achieve business goals.What You’ll Do:Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve enrollment targets.Develop sales scripts, call strategies, and objection-handling techniques tailored to academic offerings.Monitor daily performance metrics (calls, conversion rates, enrollments) and provide regular coaching.Ensure high-quality customer interactions aligned with brand and service standards.Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align leads, campaigns, and messaging.Handle escalated inquiries and support the team in closing high-potential prospects.Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales skills.Generate and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, sales, or any related field.Minimum 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role, with experience managing a telesales team of 5–8 members.At least 1 year of experience working, studying, or serving clients in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia preferred).Open to all industries; preferred backgrounds include education, finance, e-commerce, SaaS, telecom, and B2C telesales.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.Working HoursSunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PMSaturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM📍 Office Location: Double View Business Center, Street 293, New Maadi, Cairo Governorate 12468
