• Contact with clients and present our training programs professionally• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers and closing the deal with registration• Maintain accurate records using CRM system• Build and maintain strong client relationships • Excellent command of English (spoken & written)• Strong computer skills (MS Office, internet, CRM tools)• Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service or training tele-sales is a plus• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
