The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with healthcare professionals and clients, promoting Medicova’s services, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include providing exemplary customer support, addressing inquiries, and guiding clients through solutions tailored to their needs. The role will also involve ongoing collaboration with other departments and participation in training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. QualificationsProven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs effectively and professionally.Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members.Experience in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.Willingness to participate in Training sessions to improve sales techniques and product expertise.Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM systems or equivalent platforms is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
