Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist (Indoor). The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote Medicova's services and identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, assisting customers with tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will track performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets while supporting the overall sales strategy. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationshipsProven experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsProficiency in Sales Management, including tracking key performance indicators and optimizing sales strategiesAbility to facilitate Training sessions for new clients or team members, promoting product understanding and usageSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a team-focused environmentProficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applicationsFluency in English and Arabic is highly desirablePrior experience in healthcare or recruitment industries is a plus
