EA TL (Educational Advisor Team Lead)What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and manage a team of Educational Advisors to achieve team KPIs, renewal targets, and service excellence standards.Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and customer interactions to ensure consistent execution of sales and customer success strategies.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve communication skills, customer engagement, problem-solving abilities, and overall effectiveness.Analyze student learning progress, customer feedback, teaching quality, and operational data to identify trends, address issues, and support business objectives.Guide the team in offering tailored renewal and learning solutions that support student retention and long-term success.Handle escalated customer cases and ensure timely and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Oversee the implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and best practices across all team activities.Conduct regular team meetings, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic, Sales, and Customer Support, to optimize the customer journey and improve student outcomes.Prepare performance reports, analyze team results, and provide recommendations to management for process and performance improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, education, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.Customer-focused and target-driven, with a passion for education, student success, and team development.🕒 Working Hours:Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM(Breaks: 2:45 – 3:00 PM | 5:00 – 6:00 PM)Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM(Break: 12:45 – 1:00 PM)📍 Location:https://maps.app.goo.gl/dnpFh1YYFknH2iQG8💼 What We Offer:Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission / BonusPaid TrainingSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceG8
