Role DescriptionThe Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo and involves monitoring sales activities, providing support and training to team members, and developing strategies to optimize performance. The role also includes monitoring customer interactions, handling escalations, and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and sales outcomes.
