Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The role involves analyzing project specifications, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring bids comply with client requirementsQualifications architecture or interior design background is preferred Candidates should possess strong expertise in preparing and evaluating quotations, including cost estimation and bid documentation.Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and for presenting tender proposals clearlyAbility to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
