Tendering Section Head - Energy

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Tendering Section Head - Energy to lead our tendering activities for high-voltage substation and energy infrastructure projects.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full tendering cycle for HV Substation Projects.Review and analyze tender documents (technical, commercial, contractual).Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and finance teams to prepare competitive bids.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with client requirements.Conduct cost estimation, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.Participate in bid clarifications and negotiations with clients.Ensure submission of complete and compliant tenders within deadlines.Develop and maintain a strong database of vendors and subcontractors.Lead, mentor, and develop the tendering team.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in substations & infrastructure projects.Strong background in HV Substations (GIS/AIS), transformers, protection systems, and power distribution.Solid knowledge of EPC contracts and FIDIC conditions.Excellent analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation tools.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
