Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Tenders & Proposals Support Manager to lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and tender responses. This role is critical to enabling revenue growth by delivering high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that maximize win rates.You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposal timelines, ensure commercial and legal compliance, and build scalable proposal tools and content libraries. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in bid management and a strong understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuring in B2B environments.Key ResponsibilitiesBid & Proposal Management Lead the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity assessment through final submission. Manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and other formal procurement requests. Support bid/no-bid decisions based on strategic fit, win probability, margins, and delivery capacity. Develop proposal strategies and ensure compelling, client-specific responses. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Delivery teams to gather inputs. Ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and submission requirements. Consolidate and review technical, commercial, and legal content. Compliance & Governance Ensure strict adherence to all tender requirements and submission instructions. Maintain 100% compliance and eliminate errors that could lead to disqualification. Verify alignment with approved pricing, margin, and governance standards. Proposal Quality & Knowledge Management Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, reusable content, and knowledge repositories. Standardize proposal formats and best practices. Ensure high-quality, professional, and persuasive submissions. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement Conduct win/loss analysis for priority bids. Identify trends and recommendations to improve win rates and turnaround times. Track proposal KPIs and provide performance reports to leadership. What You Will Own End-to-end management of all RFP, RFQ, and tender responses Bid/no-bid support and opportunity qualification Proposal strategy, structure, content quality, and submission integrity Cross-functional coordination across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Delivery Proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge management Compliance and submission governance What You Will Influence Sales pipeline prioritization and bid selection Commercial structuring and pricing alignment Partner and channel proposal quality Product and delivery messaging and feasibilityRequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field Experience 6-10 years of experience in bid management, proposals, commercial operations, or tender support Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and tender responses Demonstrated success improving proposal win rates and submission efficiency Experience in B2B environments, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services Skills Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent writing, editing, and proposal structuring abilities Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial terms Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery High attention to detail and compliance accuracy Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM platforms like Salesforce Preferred Qualifications APMP certification or equivalent bid/proposal certification Experience with proposal automation and content management tools Experience working with government or enterprise tenders
