To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team.Your MissionsLocation : Mansour, EgyptYou will be in charge of driving sales growth and market share within the assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, executing commercial strategies, and ensuring effective field implementation aligned with Ceva's objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with poultry producers , poultry consultants, and distributors.Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration.Execute promotional and marketing activities in coordination with Marketing and Veterinary teams.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.Ensure timely reporting and accurate forecasting.Ensure timely collection of customer payments in full compliance with Ceva’s credit policy and financial procedures.Monitor customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance team.Your ProfileQualifications & Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (preferred).3–5 years of experience in animal health or poultry sector sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Results-oriented with strong field presence.Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams.
