Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the company’s compensation and benefits strategies.Design and maintain salary structures, grading systems, and job evaluation frameworks.Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.Oversee employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, and other rewards initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.Support organizational design and job evaluation initiatives.Collaborate with HR and department heads on workforce planning and budgeting.Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies and procedures.Provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention through reward programs.Participate in HR transformation and people strategy initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in HR, with at least 5 years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits management.Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer or Korn Ferry.Experience in salary benchmarking and grading structures.Advanced analytical and reporting skills.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
