Job Summary:Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies for Castrol Egypt, driving competitive analysis, channel offer development, trade programme creation, and in-store excellence to grow market share and strengthen channel relationships.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Market & Competitive IntelligenceConduct regular analysis of competition activities, market trends and the broader lubricants landscapePerform market price analysis and maintain updated pricing benchmarksShare actionable insights and recommendations with commercial and leadership teamsMonitor share of shelf, distribution metrics and customer behaviour at the trade levelChannel & Trade Programme DevelopmentDevelop channel-specific offers and trade activities in coordination with the sales development and marketing teamsConduct customer value chain analysis to identify value creation opportunitiesBuild and enhance trade loyalty programmes in collaboration with the sales development teamDevelop and implement distribution enhancement initiatives to expand reach and availabilityIn-Store ExcellenceDrive in-store execution standards across all relevant channels and customer touchpointsDefine and maintain planogram and visibility guidelines for the Castrol portfolioWork closely with the sales development team to ensure excellence at point of purchaseCoordinate the development and deployment of point-of-sale materials and branded assetsCross-functional CollaborationPartner with marketing on brand campaigns and ensure alignment with trade activitiesCollaborate with finance on trade spend management and ROI analysisProvide regular performance updates and post-campaign evaluations to senior managementKey Competencies:Marketing & commercial acumenStrategic thinkingAnalysis & insightsChannel managementStakeholder managementCommunicationResults drivenCreativity & innovationPlanning & prioritisationLeadershipMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferredMinimum Experience:5-7 years experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or lubricants
