• Audit the design and implementation of new showroom signage, including transitions to 3D signage, ensuring alignment with corporate branding.• Coordinate closely with advertising agencies to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of signage across all retail and project locations.• Monitor showroom setup maintenance and initiate corrective actions promptly in cases of damage or inconsistencies, while verifying that all previously identified showroom deficiencies have been rectified.• Ensure all showroom setups comply with brand guidelines, safety requirements, and environmental standards.• Maintain accurate records and reports of showroom setup requests, implementations, and follow-up activities with relevant stakeholders.• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of trade marketing and project sales operations, including personnel, systems, and market focus, to enhance overall performance and productivity.• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, and signage.• Monitor and report on offline campaign effectiveness, competitor activities, and shopper insights to optimize future planning and ensure brand consistency across all physical and retail marketing channels.• Actively promote the company’s brand within the target market and support its positioning as a market leader.• Participate in the development of departmental goals, strategies, and business development budgets.• Deliver regular performance and progress reports to the Trade Marketing Section Head.• Ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the achievement of company-wide objectives.• Execute all duties in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Brand Activation, or a similar role. Experience in showroom branding, signage implementation, POS materials, and retail marketing activities.Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with agencies and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.Must own a car.
