The trainer will provide mentorship and guidance to massage therapists, conduct training sessions, and ensure therapists are proficient in various techniques such as medical massage, Shiatsu, and therapeutic massage. The trainer will also monitor the quality of services provided, stay updated on industry advancements, and support continuous professional development within the team.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Massage and Therapeutic MassageExperience in ( Sewdish massage -Prenatal Massage -Thai Massage -Stone Massage -Sports Massage )Knowledge of treatment-focused massage practicesStrong communication and instructional skills for training purposesAbility to motivate and mentor massage therapists for professional growthCertification in massage therapy from a recognized institutionPrior experience as a massage therapist or trainer is preferredDedication to maintaining a client-first approach and promoting wellness
