The Travel Agent will handle customer inquiries related to travel reservations, provide excellent customer service, manage travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and car rentals, and help customers plan their trips. Additionally, the role includes recommending travel packages, upselling when appropriate, and providing accurate and timely information to clients.
