The Sales Representative will engage with customers, present products and services, and guide them through the sales process to meet individual and team targets. Daily activities include handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and closing sales while adhering to company policies and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to optimize sales strategies. Sales Representatives are expected to provide professional, customer-focused service and contribute to a positive, performance-driven environment.Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Demonstrated customer service and sales abilities, including needs assessment, product presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Comfort working with computers, CRM platforms, and call center tools, with attention to detail in data entry and documentation.Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, meet performance goals, and adapt to structured schedules and processes.Strong interpersonal skills, resilience in handling objections, and a collaborative approach to working within a team environment.Previous experience in call centers, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.Basic education sufficient for professional communication; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.Commitment to ethical conduct, reliability, and delivering a respectful, inclusive experience for customers and colleagues.
