You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while delivering best-in-class travel planning and personal support.Core Requirements:• Proven experience as a Travel Agent is a must.• Fluency in English (C1 level or above).• Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or similar capacity is highly preferred.• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.• Strong educational background.• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and organizational excellenceScope of Role:• Overseeing complex calendar management and scheduling.• Managing all aspects of international and domestic travel (flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries).• Providing real-time, high-touch travel support and problem resolution.• Liaising with premium service providers and partners.• Delivering seamless personal and professional assistance with the highest level of confidentiality.We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and accustomed to operating at a high level, with an instinct for excellence and service.
