Hospitality - Hotels & Resorts - Fit Out & Delivery Project Manager

Job Description: Follow-up on the Contractor’s and Consultants overall performanceAssesses variations and claims and reports to the impact of the proposed changes.share all project progress weekly meetings and follow-up on critical action lists and ensure resolutions for pending items are implementedAdvises head of projects of any foreseen slippage of Progress and propose corrective actions.Reviews weekly and monthly reports as presented by the contractor and align with head of projects comments of non-compliance, and / or areas of concern and corrective actions.Development of contract documents including tender documents.Responsible for management of claims avoidance activitiesResponsible for coordination of contract executionFollow-up on the implementation of the Project Management Plan by all PM team.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project outcomes.Monitor the quality of work at all stages to ensure it meets design and contractual specifications.Oversee project handover and close-out activities, ensuring proper documentation, final inspections.Share responsibility with project head regarding meeting budget and project schedule while maintain required quality standards of project.Monitor snags resolution reported by the handover or QA & QC teams to ensure meeting client needs and not to hinder the unit handover to clientsNeeded Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering11-15 Years of Experience in Construction and Fit out ManagementProject Planning and SchedulingRisk Mitigation and ManagementStrong Problem SolvingResource ManagementStrong verbal and written CommunicationStrong understanding of Customer CentricityStrong Leadership SkillsNegotiation SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Primavera
