At SODIC, we’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner Supervisor, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders while driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance.Job Responsibilities:• Partner closely with business units to provide strategic HR support and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.• Drive the performance management cycle through continuous guidance, KPI alignment and employee development support.• Identify talent gaps, support succession planning and contribute to building strong leadership pipelines.• Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to support data-driven decision-making.• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.• Support learning and development initiatives in partnership with managers and the OD team.• Contribute to manpower planning, employee engagement and recognition initiatives.• Support Oracle HCM optimization and adoption across the business.Requirements:• 4–6 years of experience across HR functions, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role.• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.• Strong capabilities in Performance Management, People Development, Workforce Analytics and Talent & Succession Management.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
