Job Responsibilities:Manage daily cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and adherence to internal controls.Maintain and reconcile all bank accounts, ensuring timely and accurate bank reconciliations.Build and manage relationships with banking partners, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of banking-related matters.Ensure all customer down payments received in bank accounts are accurately recorded and communicated to the Sales team.Prepare and maintain cash position reports and other treasury reports to support liquidity management and informed decision-making.Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and information related to cash management, banking, and payment processes.Ensure payments are recorded against the appropriate budget accounts and cost categories in line with the project's approved budget.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or a related function.Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
