Lead the treasury team to optimize the factory's cash flow, working capital, and operational liquidity.Structure and negotiate massive bank credit facilities to support raw metal procurement and production lines.Oversee heavy Letter of Credit (LC) cycles for scrap/billet/ore importation, ensuring full compliance with customs and trade laws.Manage high-volume Letters of Guarantee (LGs) for mega supply contracts and industrial tenders.Develop financial risk mitigation strategies regarding global metal price fluctuations and currency exchange volatility.Approve and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and cash clearing accounts.Evaluate and optimize corporate deposits, yield rates, bank facilities' costs, and financial fees.Authorize intercompany financial transfers and sign-off official bank correspondence.Lead treasury closing processes (monthly/quarterly/annually) and directly manage external bank audits.Build and sustain strategic long-term relationships with top-tier local and international financial institutions.Highly competitive executive salary + benefits (Commensurate with experience) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.(Postgraduate studies or MBA is a plus).Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid experience in Treasury, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.Industry: Industrial experience in Metallurgy / Metal Processing / Heavy Industries is a MUST.Certificates: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) is highly preferred.Age: Maximum 50 years old.Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of corporate online banking platforms and industrial ERP systems.
