Treasury Senior Specialist

Purpose of the Job: To manage daily treasury operations, including cash handling, bank transactions, and reconciliations. The role focuses on executing payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all banking activities are properly processed, verified, and documented in line with company.Responsibilities and DutiesManage and control company cash (treasury) by accurately recording all cash receipts and payments.Execute supplier payments through bank transfers in accordance with approved payment requests.Perform and manage all bank transfers and related transactions.Follow up with banks on pending or delayed transfers and resolve any banking issues in a timely manner.Handle all day-to-day banking activities and maintain strong communication with bank representatives.Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, including required approvals, proper documentation, and matching with supplier invoices provided by the Accounts Payable team.Perform periodic bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Maintain organized records and documentation for all treasury transactions.Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking procedures and internal controls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills preferred.Experience with ERP/accounting systems.Skills and Abilities:Proficiency English Language, both spoken and writtenHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective communication and coordination skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
