We’re #Hiring: Turbo Charger Sales and Service Engineer | Mokattam Company DescriptionEIM’s pledge to support its clients and its commitment to growth have led to its alliance in Egypt with some of the biggest brands in turbochargers, Filters, and lubricants.These alliances are a prime example of how EIM works creatively and strategically to provide total solutions to its customers at world-competitive prices through a wide distribution and servicing network supervised by qualified technical and specialist engineers.Our clients span organizations of all sizes that operate in various sectors, including transportation, agriculture, petroleum, tourism, quarries, mining, electricity, and more.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer at EIM Turbo Products in the Mokattam Branch, Cairo, Egypt.The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks with the following Qualifications & Roles.Qualifications & Experience:1 to 3 years of Experience as a Sales and Service Engineer – Turbo Charger Experience is a plus.Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.(Own a Car & driving license is a must, and a car allowance is applied).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent command of the English language.Very good command of MS Office.Resident in Greater Cairo.Job Role:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.Maintain and develop the customer database.Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved.Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessments of competition.Provide market feedback on products.Resolve issues to achieve successful sales.Coordinate with the collection department to collect customer dues related to sales activities.Prepare and dispatch daily and weekly reports and analyses for all sales and customer visit activities.Interested candidates are invited to apply via LinkedIn or send their CV to (recruitment@eim-eg.com), email subject (Turbo Charger Sales and Service Engineer).
