The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of user behavior to deliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple products and platformsDefine and drive the overall UX strategy in alignment with business and product goalsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutionsConduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisionsCreate and review wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsEstablish and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and best practicesMentor and guide UI/UX designers, providing feedback and support for professional growthEnsure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual quality across all user interfacesStay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologiesRequirements6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior roleStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skillsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction designExperience working closely with engineering teams in agile environmentsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance user needs with business and technical constraints
