Powered by Juniper technology, the platform provides real-time inventory access and is evolving into a scalable API-driven ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality client support across multiple channels (CRM, chat, emails)Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations in line with SLAs and quality standardsAccurately document interactions and monitor recurring issuesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective resolutionsMaintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholdersRequirements:1–3 years of experience in B2B hotel operations support (mandatory)Umrah operations experience (mandatory)Strong command of the English language B2+ (mandatory)Experience in Online and Offline hotel suppliers (mandatory)Ability to manage both online and offline operationsExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skillsFlexibility to work rotational shifts and days off
