STM is looking for Utilities and Electrical Distribution Manager responsible for managing and overseeing all utilities and electrical distribution systems across the organization’s projects. The role ensures reliable, safe, and efficient operation of electrical networks and utility services, including power distribution, substations, and infrastructure systems. The Manager leads site operations, coordinates with contractors and stakeholders, and ensures compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of electrical distribution systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, and power networks across all project sites.Manage utilities operations including electricity distribution, water supply coordination, and related infrastructure services.Ensure continuous and reliable power supply across projects, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all utilities and electrical systems.Monitor system performance, identify risks or faults, and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and new installations.Review technical designs, shop drawings, and specifications related to utilities and electrical distribution.Support project teams during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.Ensure proper documentation of systems, maintenance records, and technical reports.Collaborate with HSE teams to enforce safety standards and ensure safe working environments.Prepare periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and operational KPIs for management review.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Previous Experience: 10 + years of experience in utilities, electrical distribution, or infrastructure operations, preferably within large-scale projects or real estate developments.Proven experience in managing electrical networks, substations, and utility systems across multiple sites.- Special requirements: Strong expertise in electrical distribution systems, substations, and utilities infrastructure.Proven ability to manage site operations, contractors, and technical teams.Solid understanding of electrical safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in complex operational environments.Good financial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control.
