Analyze and implement corrective actions to make sure quality, productivity and SLAs are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all stores Manage UTR operations with 3P to drive the weekly, monthly, and quarterly plan in-line with other stakeholders management. Manage UTR area managers to have a standardized daily routine for managers and supervisors managing UTR in each dark store Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer experience Expand the team with hiring new talents according to the business expansion plan Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processesBasic Qualifications 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience 3+ years of employee and performance management experience Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Bachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related fieldOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
