Job Description:1. Shift Leadership & Daily Operations ManagementLead daily FMOS, PPM, and Datalyzer routines (shift handover, performance reviews, process confirmation tours) to measure and manage KPIs for safety, quality/food safety, cost, service, and ATLAS-related metrics.Own and execute all shift routines: shift handover, beginning-of-shift line tour, Just 10 Minutes meeting, mid-shift tour, end-shift review, and daily operations meeting.Serve as first point of contact on shift; escalate operational, Q&FS, and safety issues following escalation standards. Maintain clear communication with all relevant associates and the VSM.Participate as a key member in daily reliability meetings and weekly operations meetings.Ensure consistent performance and standardized practices across shifts by closely collaborating with other Shift Team Leaders.2. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, P&O, and Commercial teams to deliver consistent product quality, safety, productivity, and reliability.Oversee activities of operational contractors on shift, ensuring efficient utilization and timely processing of their services.3. People Leadership & DevelopmentDevelop and coach shift associates through training coordination, ownership programs, and capability-building initiatives.Monitor associate progress and conduct performance reviews and development discussions in line with GLM objectives.Address disciplinary matters in line with company policies. Manage underperformance via coaching or Performance Improvement Plans when needed.Conduct team meetings to strengthen engagement and team cohesion; identify engagement issues and drive follow-up actions.Work with the VSM and Technical Trainer to ensure the team has the right capability, competency, and mindset to meet objectives.4. Continuous Improvement & Problem SolvingPromote a LEAN culture and drive structured problem solving (5 Whys, root cause analysis).Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives that impact safety, quality/food safety, productivity, and reliability.Own VLiC projects within the shift and ensure timely delivery.5. ATLAS Manufacturing ExecutionLead execution of ATLAS Manufacturing processes within the shift to ensure adherence to ATLAS ways of working.Ensure accurate conversion of raw and packaging materials into finished/semi-finished goods, with proper management of physical inventory, consumption, rework, and scrap aligned with system data.Manage system outages and exceptions according to provided guidelines.6. Emergency Management & Site CustodianshipAct as Emergency Manager for all operational and non-operational factory activities on shift: assess risks, verify safety precautions, approve and close permit-to-work and hot-work permits.Lead shift emergency response team during incidents.Serve as site custodian in the absence of the Plant Director and Value Stream Manager.Manage shift resources (consumables, SIG, etc.) effectively.#LI-LY1
