DescriptionAmazon Now team is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and driven candidate to join our Vendor Operations team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including In-Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers, to optimize processes and drive performance across key product categories.The Vendor Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting vendor success by ensuring operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing procurement activities, monitoring in-stock performance, supporting content updates, and leveraging data analysis to enable informed decision-making.The role also involves working directly with vendors to maintain strong relationships, support negotiations, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and is passionate about delivering results that enhance both vendor and customer experience.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or supply chain Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce or retail (especially vendor-facing roles) Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or experience with data tools Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory, forecasting, replenishment) Experience working with vendors/suppliers and managing relationships Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvementsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
