Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all visa‑related communication and inquiries.Develop a deep understanding of each client’s visa contract, scope of services, business needs, objectives, and challenges.Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and recommend visa solutions that drive value.Ensure adherence to agreed service levels for visa processing timelines and requirements.Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels regarding visa matters.Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, accounts, formations, operations) to ensure seamless visa service delivery.Prepare and distribute visa status reports as agreed and scheduled with the client.Develop and maintain accurate visa records and account information.Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other designated channels for visa inquiries.Actively listen to client inquiries and complaints to understand their visa processing needs.Effectively troubleshoot and resolve visa issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.Escalate complex visa cases immediately to the manager for resolution.Maintain a deep understanding of visa products, processes, and systems to provide accurate information.Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the visa service team.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all visa processing activities. Experience in UAE & KSA employment visas is a must.English fluency (spoken and written) to handle client communication and documentation.Knowledge of visa regulations and compliance requirements in both UAE and KSA.Client service skills: Strong ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.Attention to detail: Accuracy in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining visa records.Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations).Problem‑solving: Capability to troubleshoot and escalate complex visa cases promptly.Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple clients and shifting requirements across regions.
