This role includes reviewing visa requirements, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating with embassies, consulates, and external partners to submit and track applications. The Visa Supervisor will manage a small team, assign daily tasks, monitor workload, and maintain service standards and timelines. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on visa options, fees, and timelines, handling complex or urgent cases, and resolving issues or discrepancies in applications. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing visa regulations, updating internal guidelines, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with other departments to support overall travel arrangements and client satisfaction.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in visa processing, consular services, or travel documentation, preferably within a travel agency or tourism environment.Strong knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and procedures for key destinations, with the ability to stay current on policy changes.Proven people management skills, including supervising teams, delegating tasks, training staff, and monitoring performance.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing forms, supporting documents, and client information.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to explain requirements clearly, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.Proficiency with office software and visa or travel management systems; comfortable working with online application portals.Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, maintaining punctuality and reliability in a deadline-driven environment.
