Visual Merchandiser

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser, based in Al Manşūrah. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing captivating window displays, organizing in-store visual arrangements, and ensuring products are presented to enhance customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with sales and retail teams to align merchandising strategies with sales goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the visual appeal and functionality of the store layout while maintaining brand standards. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and convey ideas effectively.Experience in Retail and Sales, with a focus on driving product promotion through visual merchandising strategies.Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring that displays align with customer needs and preferences to enhance their shopping experience.Creative ability to design engaging and innovative Window Displays that draw customer attention and reflect the brand identity.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is an advantage.A degree or certification in design, visual merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
