Managing Daily Operations: Directly oversee workflow to ensure operational efficiency.Achieving Sales Targets: Develop strategic plans to increase branch sales and achieve financial targets (KPIs).Managing the Team: Recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating branch staff performance.Customer Service: Handling customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction to enhance brand reputation.Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory and logistics to ensure product availability.Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic performance reports and managing the branch budget.Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in management or sales (preferably in retail).Leadership skills and decision-making ability.
