The individual in this role acts as a strategic leader, bridging the gap between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in security service delivery.Job ProfileService Delivery & Operations• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of security services, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and agreed business objectives• Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions when required• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfactionProject & Program Management• Lead the execution of large-scale security projects across complex environments• Manage risks, scope, timelines, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry frameworks, and internal policies• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and qualityLeadership & Stakeholder Management• Lead and manage security delivery teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and team development activities• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across business and technical functionsRisk & Performance Management• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting service delivery• Establish contingency plans to ensure service continuity• Track and report performance metrics to senior management and clients• Oversee issue resolution and escalate complex challenges to minimize service disruptionCompliance & Governance• Ensure adherence to security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)• Support audit processes and ensure readiness for compliance assessmentsCompetencies and QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security rolesAt least 5 years in a security delivery or service delivery management positionProven experience managing large-scale security programs and multi-disciplinary teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of security domains:Threat management and incident response; Identity and Access Management (IAM) &Cloud securityExperience with security technologies: SIEM solutions, Firewalls and network security tools & Endpoint protection platformsFamiliarity with ICT system integration methodologiesKnowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL v4) and tools such as ServiceNow or BMC RemedyStrong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS)Professional Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP (Project Management Professional) & ITIL FoundationExperience in budget management, cost control, and resource planningKnowledge of quality assurance processes and service governanceStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to manage stakeholder expectations and influence decision-makingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesFluency in Arabic and EnglishNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
