Key Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with 5S, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and workplace safety regulations, while monitoring the closure of internal audit findings.Develop the technical capabilities of the maintenance team, provide coaching, and support problem-solving initiatives.Supervise preventive, corrective, project-related, and installation maintenance activities in coordination with engineers and supervisors.Review monthly breakdown analyses, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Establish and continuously improve preventive electrical maintenance plans for all production equipment.Monitor daily power consumption, investigate deviations from approved limits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Maintain secure backup copies of all machine control and operating programs.Design electrical load requirements and power distribution systems for new equipment and projects.Develop predictive maintenance and condition-monitoring programs and ensure their effective execution.Monitor departmental KPIs and performance indicators to achieve defined objectives.Define and maintain strategic spare parts inventories for all equipment.Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions for strategic spare parts exceeding the approved spending threshold.Establish stock minimum and maximum levels in alignment with Maintenance Management directives.Conduct maintenance risk assessments and review them with the HSE Department.Develop maintenance work instructions, failure coding systems, and maintenance procedures, ensuring technicians adhere to them.Coordinate with the Quality Department regarding maintenance-related non-conformance reports.Propose and implement improvements that enhance production efficiency and streamline operational processes.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.Contribute to the specification and selection process of new machinery and equipment.Develop shutdown maintenance plans and oversee their execution.Reporting ResponsibilitiesAnnual Equipment Condition ReportStrategic Spare Parts ReportMonthly Spare Parts Consumption and Maintenance Cost ReportNew Equipment and Project Acceptance ReportsFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) ReportsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical or Mechanical maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environmentTechnical SkillExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProven leadership and team management skillsSolid knowledge of modern maintenance methodologies, including MMS, FMEA, and RCMComprehensive understanding of industrial automation systemsExtensive experience with Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)Ability to prepare and present technical reportsEnglish: Very Good to Excellent
