Job SummaryWe are looking for a Warehouse & Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth material flow while maintaining stock availability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing and procurement activities based on company needs.Source suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier deliveries.Coordinate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials in the warehouse.Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.Track stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.Prepare procurement and inventory reports.Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requests and delivery schedules.Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and operational efficiency.Handle supplier communication and resolve procurement or delivery issues.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory control processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, warehouse, or inventory management.Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
