This role requires good English writing and speaking skills, strong computer proficiency, and experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with valves.Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment- Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments efficiently- Maintain and update company website and CRM with accurate product information Requirements- 1+ years of experience in HVAC sales administration or a related field- Good knowledge of HVAC valves and industry products- Good English writing and speaking skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong customer service skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications- Experience with HVAC valve manufacturers or suppliers- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., valve selection tools)- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
