Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out Works to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, site coordination, budget control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise fit-out projects from start to completion.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure all fit-out works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Review project progress and prepare regular reports.Lead site teams and ensure smooth workflow across all project phases.Resolve technical and operational issues on site.Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Attend client and progress meetings when required.Manage project documentation and approvals.Ensure successful project handover within agreed deadlines. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field.6+ years of experience in fit-out or interior projects.Previous experience managing commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Good knowledge of fit-out materials and site execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
