Fuller seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in 6th October City, Cairo to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. This role oversees raw material storage, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets and maintain performance KPIs.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver warehouse KPIs aligned with manager targetsMaintain safety, quality, and documentation standardsMonitor adherence to defined processes and proceduresReview LL01 twice weekly and resolve issuesAchieve 99.98% inventory accuracy and 98% location accuracyExecute biweekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventoryOversee storage, distribution, and stock record accuracySupervise team workload planning, reporting, and equipment readiness Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years warehouse supervision experienceProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Windows toolsDemonstrated leadership managing teams of 3+ reportsAuthorized to work locally and meet health clearance requirements Preferred RequirementsCertification in warehouse operations or forklift handlingExperience operating material handling equipmentStrong analytical skills for data-driven problem-solvingAbility to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutionsH.B.
