Ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth within Egypt in the Wholesale Channel in line with GROHE’s Mission. The primary purpose of the role is to manage the wholesale channel and to achieve annual sales targets, drive the increase in market share within this sector and enhance the geographical presence of Grohe within EgyptPrimary Responsibilities:Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Wholesale Channel. The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel’s development.Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.Monitor the performance of the key accounts versus preset targets and KPIs in addition to defining and overseeing plans to target wholesale market to ensure exceptional brand loyalty.Set the expansion plans for the Key Account’s along with assigned geographical distribution. Manage and deploy a healthy geographical spread of dealers within the country.Coordinate with the Leader Sales- Gulf & Pakistan & Regional Marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaign and selling activities to increase traffic on the shop floor.Monitor and analyze the sales figures (Sell out data, stock movement, sales margin, product mix.Develop and implement progress reports to monitor sales KPIs, products and customers performance on a weekly basis for management as well as the sales team.Align regularly with the Leader ELS on mid and long-term strategies and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives.Qualifications and Education:Bachelor degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA (is a plus).Fluent written and spoken Arabic & English.Experience:At least 6-8 years of experience in a comparable position.Building Materials and other industrial background experience is acceptable.Experienced in managing external relationships & key stakeholders.Knowledge:Ability to energize and inspire the team to implement innovative solutions.Deep knowledge of the local market.
