Pinerium is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and technology-driven Zoho Jump Start Specialist Intern to support rapid Zoho onboarding, system setup, user enablement, and customer adoption activities across the Zoho ecosystem.This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS applications, CRM systems, customer onboarding, business process automation, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Zoho Jump Start Specialists, Implementation Teams, and Support Consultants to gain hands-on experience in solution setup, user training, onboarding programs, and customer success initiatives.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, communicative, and passionate about helping businesses quickly adopt and maximize the value of Zoho solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Onboarding & Jump Start Support Assist in setting up Zoho applications based on predefined onboarding packages. Support customer onboarding and initial system configuration activities. Help configure users, profiles, permissions, modules, and basic workflows. Assist in preparing onboarding checklists and implementation plans. Support customers during their early adoption journey. Customer Enablement & Training Support Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and onboarding resources. Support user training sessions and product walkthroughs. Help customers understand Zoho features and best practices. Assist in answering basic customer questions and onboarding inquiries. Support user adoption and engagement activities. Zoho Configuration & Business Process Support Assist in configuring forms, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Support business process mapping and solution setup activities. Help validate configurations against customer requirements. Assist in testing onboarding environments and system functionality. Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes. Documentation & Customer Success Support Maintain onboarding records, customer documentation, and setup notes. Assist in tracking onboarding progress and customer milestones. Support follow-up activities with newly onboarded customers. Help document common onboarding questions and solutions. Ensure documentation accuracy and professionalism. Learning & Professional Development Participate in Zoho product training and onboarding enablement sessions. Learn SaaS onboarding methodologies, customer success principles, and implementation best practices. Stay updated with Zoho products, business applications, and digital transformation trends. Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs. Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in SaaS applications, CRM systems, customer onboarding, and business technology solutions. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of business processes, software systems, or customer support concepts. Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or business software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
