Pinerium is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Zoho Sales Account Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and promote Zoho solutions across multiple industries.This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, understanding client requirements, and positioning Zoho solutions that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills with a solid understanding of business processes, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.The Zoho Sales Account Manager works closely with Presales Consultants, Product Owners, Implementation Specialists, Developers, and client stakeholders throughout the sales and solution lifecycle.This role operates within Pinerium’s Zoho Business Unit and contributes directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term account development.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Zoho solutions. Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound activities, events, and digital channels. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives. Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key decision-makers. Understand customer business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement through Zoho solutions. Conduct discovery meetings and business requirement discussions. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. Solution Selling & Consultation Collaborate with Presales Consultants to design and present suitable Zoho solutions. Present Zoho products, demonstrations, and business value propositions to clients. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations. Support solution validation and business case development activities. Position Pinerium’s services, implementation capabilities, and marketplace solutions effectively. Pipeline Management & Forecasting Maintain accurate opportunity records and sales activities within Zoho CRM. Track pipeline progress and provide regular sales forecasts. Monitor sales performance metrics and conversion rates. Follow established sales processes and reporting procedures. Ensure timely follow-up and opportunity progression. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with Presales, Delivery, Marketing, and Support teams. Participate in sales meetings, planning sessions, and business development initiatives. Stay updated with Zoho product capabilities, licensing models, and industry trends. Contribute to sales process improvements and best practices. Represent Pinerium professionally in customer interactions, events, and partner activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, CRM/ERP sales, IT solutions sales, or technology consulting. Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies. Familiarity with Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator is preferred. Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand business processes and translate customer needs into solution opportunities. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Zoho certifications or sales certifications are considered a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop. Must be a non-smoker (all types).
