Pinerium is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Zoho Trainer to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs on Zoho applications for internal employees, external clients, partners, and academic institutions.This role is critical to ensuring high adoption, effective system usage, and maximizing value from Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and the full Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to translate complex system functionality into practical, business-focused workflows.Responsibilities Design and deliver structured training sessions on Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and others.Customize training content for different audiences such as internal teams, clients, customer support teams, and academic partners.Prepare training materials including presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments.Deliver live workshops (onsite and virtual), 1:1 coaching sessions, and recorded training content.Support Pinerium Academy in building learning paths and certification programs.Train internal teams on Zoho tools to improve efficiency, adoption, and delivery quality.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reporting.Stay updated with Zoho product updates, features, and best practices.Coordinate with Zoho consultants, developers, and partner support teams to align training with real implementations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in training, Zoho consulting, SaaS onboarding, or system enablement.Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.Train-the-Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent is required.Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.Experience creating training materials and structured learning content.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Zoho certifications are highly preferred.Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital training tools is a plus.Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.Must be a non-smoker (all types).BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Key role in building Pinerium’s Zoho training and enablement ecosystem.Exposure to real-world Zoho implementations across multiple industries.Access to official Zoho certification programs and partner resources.Collaborative and knowledge-driven work environment.
