SummaryWe are looking for a skilled 3D Medical Animation Specialist with strong Blender expertise to create high-quality medical and anatomical animations. Blender is the core software for this role, and many of our existing models and production assets are already prepared in Blender. Experience with other 3D or post-production tools is a strong plus.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality medical and anatomical animations using Blender.Work with existing models and assets, while also creating new visual sequences and supporting elements when needed.Handle character animation and physics-based simulations such as fluids, soft bodies, cloth, collisions, and tissue interaction.Turn scripts, references, or example videos into polished, original animations with strong visual quality.Composite 3D elements into live-action footage when needed.Adjust, refine, and improve existing or purchased models when needed to increase accuracy and fit project requirements.Execute medically directed scenes and procedure-based visualizations accurately.Work independently on technically demanding tasks with minimal guidance.Deliver strong work within reasonable production timelines.QualificationsStrong professional experience in Blender is required.Experience with other 3D or post-production software is a strong plus.Solid 3D animation skills.Experience with character animation.Experience with physics simulations.Good understanding of compositing workflows.Ability to work from scripts, references, or example videos.Ability to work with existing 3D models and production assets.Ability to adjust, refine, and improve existing models when needed.Strong portfolio or showreel is required.Experience in medical, scientific, educational, or technically complex visualization is a strong advantage.Additional NoteMedical expertise is not required, but the ability to execute directed medical visuals accurately is important.
