You will lead concept development, creative execution, and AI-driven innovation across campaigns, digital experiences, video, key visuals, and UI/UX projects that reach audiences in more than 90 markets worldwide.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a global in-house agency, demonstrating how internal creative teams can outperform external partners through speed, quality, innovation, and deep brand understanding.Project OverviewOur customer is a global leader in agricultural innovation, operating in more than 100 countries and serving millions of farmers worldwide.Its Global Digital Marketing organization is building a full-service in-house Creative Factory responsible for delivering campaigns, key visuals, video content, digital assets, UI/UX solutions, and other creative services across global brands and markets.The Creative Factory aims to become the agency of choice within the organization—faster, smarter, and more closely aligned with the business than external agencies.As Creative Director, you will report directly to the Global Marketing Creative Operations Lead and work closely with the Creative Strategist and Operations Manager, forming the leadership core of the Creative Factory.ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & VisionOwn the creative vision and quality standards across all Creative Factory output, including campaigns, key visuals, video, digital assets, and UI/UX experiences.Lead concept development and art direction, ensuring creative work resonates across diverse markets, audiences, and business functions.Review and approve creative deliverables, providing clear and actionable feedback to elevate quality.Champion the brand's unique strengths, including grower-centricity, agricultural expertise, and deep product understanding, within all creative work.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead a multidisciplinary team of designers, video editors, UI/UX specialists, developers, and copywriters.Foster a collaborative culture focused on creativity, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.Mentor team members and support the development of creative excellence across disciplines.Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure strategic objectives are effectively translated into creative output.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to balance creative ambitions with delivery timelines, resource planning, and team capacity.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the senior creative voice in stakeholder discussions, confidently presenting and defending creative concepts.Partner with internal clients across Global Digital Marketing and local market teams to understand business goals, audience needs, and campaign objectives.Manage relationships with external agencies when specialized support is required, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards are maintained.AI & Creative InnovationLead the adoption and integration of generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms.Establish AI-enabled workflows that accelerate ideation, production, and creative iteration.Ensure AI is used responsibly while maintaining creative excellence and brand integrity.Stay current with emerging trends in AI, creative technology, and digital marketing, sharing knowledge and building team capability.RequirementsMust-HaveProven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director within an in-house agency, creative studio, or integrated marketing environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in:Integrated campaignsDigital contentKey visual developmentPlus at least one of the following:Video productionUI/UX designBrand identity developmentPortfolio submission is required in addition to a CV.Experience working in B2B, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.Hands-on proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent platforms.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to present, explain, and defend creative work to senior stakeholders.Collaborative and adaptable leadership style.Bachelor's degree.Nice-to-HaveExperience working with global or multi-market brands.Additional European language(s).Background in agricultural, life sciences, sustainability, or purpose-driven brand storytelling.What We OfferOpportunity to shape the creative culture of a truly global organization.Significant influence over creative vision, standards, and team development.A leadership role at the forefront of AI-powered creativity and innovation.Fully remote work within the European time zone.Rare and optional travel opportunities.Stable engagement through Intellias, a leading European technology and talent partner.
